About Me

Do you struggle with worrying that you are inadequate? Perhaps you have noticed that you have been engaging in people-pleasing behaviours for as long as you can remember. Maybe your relationships have felt one-sided, and unfulfilling as a result since your needs are often put on the back-burner. I wonder if you are tired of constantly comparing yourself to others highlight reels, and worrying that you are failing in some aspect of your life. If this sounds like you, know that you are not alone.

I offer a therapeutic relationship that can assist you in meaningful identity development such as healing from painful experiences from your past, and improving your relationships through the creation of healthy boundaries. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, yet strongly believe in creating a supportive space for you to feel seen, and heard.

I serve all of Ontario to offer you the flexibility, and support from the comfort of your personal, private space. I look forward to welcoming and supporting you as you begin the meaningful journey of therapy.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Professional Member of the CCPA possessing a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) designation, and a General Member of the OAMHP. I hold a M.A. in Counselling Psychology and a B.A. (Hons) in Clinical Psychology. I enjoy tending to my multiple house plants, re-watching shows that make me laugh like Schitt's Creek, and all things vintage.

Together, let's empower you to embrace your worth, manage your self-criticism, navigate your worry and foster relationships that nourish your soul. Reach out for a 30 minute complimentary consultation so we can explore what makes you, YOU!
